Fantastic! They always explain things well and have my car ready on time and at a great price. I have yet to being them a problem they couldn't handle. If you want honesty and a fair price, this is where you should go.

We haven't looked back and bring all of our cars here. Always on time and they explain it so even I can understand! Excellent!!

I was new to Nordgren Automotive and quite honestly I didn't know it existed until I had a tire problem late on a Friday afternoon. They took me in identified the issue, ordered the replacement tire and got me on my way. This leads me to the next week when I had electrical issues and I was quick to call Nordgren, Jim took great care of me and I was out in the same day!

I've come to expect great work from Nordgren's in Medina. I was not disappointed when I recently had some work done on my car. In fact because I needed my car back in the middle of the afternoon, they got on my repair quickly. Their workers do a great job and I also find their prices to be competitive with other car repair businesses. Give them a try and you, too, won't be disappointed.

Nordgren Automotive just fixed my 2000 VW and did a fabulous job! The people there are friendly and informative too. I wouldn't trust my Beetle to anyone else. Thanks again fellas for your excellent work!

Nordgren has always been very honest. Recently brought my car in for brakes and found out they weren’t needed. That’s rare to find a shop that’s honest about this and I really appreciate it.
