Medina Auto Repair

I went in this morning after I dropped my kid off at school. I didn’t have an appointment. My car’s AC was on the fritz before a weekend of record setting high temperatures. Normally, I could have managed, but my house AC is broken too and will be replaced on Monday. And, as Murphy’s Law would have it, my clothes dryer broke yesterday too. I was stressed out to say the least. I was ready to sell a kidney if needed just so I could get some relief from the heat. I pleaded my case to Jeremy, and mercifully, he said he’d try to work me in. He cautioned that it might be all day. Beggars can’t be choosers, right? So I walked next door and had a relaxed breakfast to kill some time. After breakfast, I walked back over to Nordgren to wait. Imagine my surprise when a little before 10 am Jeremy told me my car was ready! Classic example of under promise and over deliver. I can’t say enough about this place. I am a customer for life. Nordgren seized an opportunity to go above and beyond, and in doing so, helped relieve some of my stress. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
