AJ was very helpful in helping me when I brought my car in for an oil change and showed me what needed to be fixed/changes. Good service!

So a coworker told me about this place, I thought I would give them a shot. I brought in my 2004 Tacoma to them it always had this vibration that even Toyota could never figure out. So after talking with AJ before even looking at it was able to give me reassurance that his techs would be able to figure it out. After only 1 hour of having my car at their shop I got a call from AJ saying they have figured it out. To my surprise the total repair was only $225. A few years back a had the u-joints replaced by Luther Toyota and they were but in wrong. There repair was half the price I paid Luther and the car runs like a dream and the vibration is completely gone. These guys are my #1 stop for now on.

I brought my vehicle in to the shop a lil while ago since it was making a funny noise. I was recommended to this shop and was extremely satisfied with AJ. He was thorough, explained everything to me so that I could understand, and had a welcoming personality. He was knowledgeable and efficent. I will definitely ask for him again if I need my vehicle serviced again.

First time visiting Nordgren Automotive and had the pleasure of meeting AJ. He took his time and showed me what was wrong with my car which was my bearing. When he would shake my wheel it looked like it was going to come loose. After the repair he showed me how tight it was and made me feel like I made a great repair decision. I just had my car at my regular shop they never said anything to me. Nordgren has earned my trust and my business.

I found them after buying our daughters Escape from Morries and having some issues. I called and little did I know but I was talking to Jeremy whom I now know to be the owner. He had it looked over and we discussed what was needed and if it was worth putting more $$ into it. He was honest which I find a rarity in this business. Naturally when our son bought a truck we took it straight to Nordgren. We got AJ whom has been nothing short of Fantastic. The bad news was it needs a lot of work but thee was good news in that the major parts were still all good. AJ helped come up with a plan on what items he could do in what order as he’s on a tight budget. He even walked us through how to do a few things on our own. I mean what place does that? This place does. They go Above and beyond to help you as well as your vehicle! Won’t go Anywhere else! You will wonder why you ever did once you go there. So stop reading and call them already!! AJ has helped me with my 2004 Dodge Ram 1500 and he’s gone above and beyond to help me. He’s given me breaks on price since he knows my situation and I’ve been tight on money and I just need a vehicle to get me to work.
