Called in the a.m. and requested for a last minute appointment later in the day. While I waited, the work on my vehicle was performed. Clean atmosphere, bright friendly waiting area with a kids play area, and Jeremy Nordgren available to answer any automotive concerns/questions. I have been visiting Nordgren Automotive for almost 15 year and very pleased with their pricing and workmanship. Keep it up.

Great place. Always fair, honest and helpful. Never feel pushed into anything. From early on when I started going there, they knew me by name and knew my vehicles. Honestly, don’t waste your time going to a dealership. I’d rather be a name than a number.

I was referred by my peer, and they did not disappoint. I went for an oil change, and in their thorough review they found rear shocks needed replacing. They priced the work and parts fairly. AJ was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Promises were kept in terms of timing, and they were very accommodating. Highly recommend!

They got me out of a bind. I needed a battery ASAP as mine was dead. They tested it no charge. They didn't have the battery I required for my Ranger but they said " We can get it here from Napa in 20 minutes." I said that would be great. It was close to their shop closing for the evening but they made sure I was taken care of b4 they closed. Great bunch of guys. Very friendly! I never knew that place was so close to my job but now I do! Go there!!!!
