They got me out of a bind. I needed a battery ASAP as mine was dead. They tested it no charge. They didn't have the battery I required for my Ranger but they said " We can get it here from Napa in 20 minutes." I said that would be great. It was close to their shop closing for the evening but they made sure I was taken care of b4 they closed. Great bunch of guys. Very friendly! I never knew that place was so close to my job but now I do! Go there!!!!

The staff at Nordgren are great! AJ, Jeremy, and Terry and the service technicians are knowledgeable and helpful. They communicate well and I appreciate them letting me know what types of repairs need to be done and what types can wait and signs to watch for if it’s an option to wait for a bit. They also help whenever possible for big repairs scheduled in advance by having a loaner car. It’s a great convenience and customer service to not need a rental car! They have a key drop for dropping a car off after hours. They also have WiFi if you need to wait there while your car is being serviced. I’ve been bringing my 2010 Altima to them for about 4 years and I’m a happy customer!

AJ and Terry were very kind, extremely knowledgeable, and patient with all of my questions. They helped me prioritize what needed to be done and what to look for going forward. I never felt pressured to agree to more than I was comfortable with. I definitely recommend Nordgren Automotive!

Was able to bring in same day that I made my first call to them. Offered me a loaner. Were very knowledgeable about my cars problem and made me aware in detail of my options. Very professional but personally friendly.

New to the community and got one of the mailers so I decided to try them out. I only needed a oil change but was in a hurry. They offered me a loaner car to run my errands. Did not expect that kind of service from a small shop. I didn't get the pressure from them to buy anything or fix additional problems with my car. Very polite and knowledgeable staff. Will definitely return for future business.

AJ, great customer service. I asked A LOT of questions and he patiently answered them. No pressure to buy anything unnecessarily (unlike Valvoline). Honest answers to my questions. I really appreciated the help and know I can trust him...and his jokes are free(haha). Thanks again!
