I was referred to Jeremy and Nordgren Automotive by my neighbor several years ago. BTW, my neighbor was referred to Jeremy by a friend of his! Nordgren Automotive does an exceptional job of diagnosing problems that I bring in. In addition, they do a great job of identifying things that may need attention in the future. Yes, he finds stuff that needs attention and he goes teh next step to create a watch list. He prioritizes the watch list as to what needs to be done now and what things can wait. I can trust his judgement and expertise and this in turn allows me to make an informed decision. On my most recent trip he researched replacement rims (in advance) for my Audi Allroad knowing I have two bent rims. In addition, I bring my company's Honda Accord to Jeremy for service and work. He solved a front-end vibration that had bedeviled the dealership for three visits. New Addition: Jeremy and his techs do superb work and have the customer's interests in mind and at heart. My '02 Audi Allroad started to develop an issue with the air suspension sytem. The Nordgren Automotive staff reviewed several options to repair, allowing me to select how to best fix the problem factoring in budget, age of car, etc.

I could write a book on everything that was wrong with my 2007 Audi Q7, after taking it to another local shop and being terribly disappointed in their service I called Jeremy. Jeremy and his techs diagnosed and repaired every problem quickly and thoroughly. I was kept in the loop the entire time with phone calls, given different repair options and every quoted price was right on the money. I can't even describe what a relief it is to have found Jeremy, it can be scary to take a foreign car anywhere but the dealer for service but don't hesitate to take it to Nordgren Auto.

One reason you can trust Jeremy, Justin, and the crew there is that they take time to explain things to me. Jeremy even explained why another shop's recommendation to change my fuel injectors was bogus and fraudulent. He also helped me plan the sequence of repairing certain things on my car, as the money becomes available. Jeremy and his staff are resourceful, thorough, and the best part is, honest and trustworthy. But this is just part of the reasons that you should give them your business.

Jeremy and his crew did a fantastic job taking care of my mom's car and her. He was always in contact with her and explained everything thoroughly. He worked hard to find the problem. They've always taken good care of my and my mom's car. Good service and loaner cars are available as well. Owner and tech's are higher skill than most auto shops.

I'd highly recommend Jeremy Nordgren and his staff. I had an extensive front end suspension repair that was diagnosed quickly. The shop gave me a loaner car to use for the entire repair process (which was already warmed up for me on an early, cold morning). I received professional, honest communication about what was best repair given the vehicle's mileage, age, and how long I was going to keep it. He also prioritized some neglected maintenance and I felt a sense of relie...f in getting that done. He had a vendor send my needed parts by next day at no cost to me because of his business relationship with them. Jeremy and his crew worked on it until 5:30 p.m. on a Friday afternoon so that I could have the minivan back for the weekend activities with the kids (much appreciated!). He also did a few extra things like replace light bulbs for no cost. After looking over my bill, I could definitely see the value in my repair! For the service I received and the extensive work that I had done, I am very satisfied with my experience at Nordgren Automotive and will definitely take my vehicles back there again.
