One reason you can trust Jeremy, Justin, and the crew there is that they take time to explain things to me. Jeremy even explained why another shop's recommendation to change my fuel injectors was bogus and fraudulent. He also helped me plan the sequence of repairing certain things on my car, as the money becomes available. Jeremy and his staff are resourceful, thorough, and the best part is, honest and trustworthy. But this is just part of the reasons that you should give them your business.

I'd highly recommend Jeremy Nordgren and his staff. I had an extensive front end suspension repair that was diagnosed quickly. The shop gave me a loaner car to use for the entire repair process (which was already warmed up for me on an early, cold morning). I received professional, honest communication about what was best repair given the vehicle's mileage, age, and how long I was going to keep it. He also prioritized some neglected maintenance and I felt a sense of relie...f in getting that done. He had a vendor send my needed parts by next day at no cost to me because of his business relationship with them. Jeremy and his crew worked on it until 5:30 p.m. on a Friday afternoon so that I could have the minivan back for the weekend activities with the kids (much appreciated!). He also did a few extra things like replace light bulbs for no cost. After looking over my bill, I could definitely see the value in my repair! For the service I received and the extensive work that I had done, I am very satisfied with my experience at Nordgren Automotive and will definitely take my vehicles back there again.

Straight answers, competitive prices, and friendly staff. I have ditched the dealership on both my cars in exchange for better service from Jeremy and his team.

I initially took my vehicle to a trusted mechanic of a family member. They told me I would need both front wheel bearings replaced and quoted me an outrageous price. I contacted Nordgren Automotive and they were able to give me a much more reasonable estimate and fit me in right away. I was very pleased to find out I actually only needed one bearing replaced! Too often shops take advantage of unacknowledged customers but not at Nordgren Automotive.
