Jeremy and his staff do an great job at taking care of customers and being proactive. I have long abandoned the dealership and entrust Nordgren with servicing my vehicle since.

After a bad experience at a different automative shop, Nordgren was able to quickly tell me what was going on with my car. I will continue to go to them and put my trust in their work because they do a trustworthy and honest job.

Jeremy and his team are very thorough and reasonable. He compiled a list of items that I will need to be on the look out for future repairs, with no pressure to fix any of them at the time. This allows me to more easily prioritize and budget repairs needed on my vehicles. They do a complete inspection even if you just bring your vehicle in for an oil change. I feel confident that any repairs done here are done right the first time and with quality parts. I will be continuing to bring all 3 of my vehicles to Nordgren Automotive in the future.

Nordgren Automotive replaced the bearings on the left rear wheel of my car. They did a great job. They were great to work with, accurate on the billing, and very interested in making sure I was satisfied with the work.
