I've used Nordgren for quite a bit of service on vehicles in our multi-car household over the past year. The level of service, technical knowledge and skill level of technicians have impressed me at each step along the way. Nordgren has earned the role of "go-to source" for all of our vehicle repairs and services. I can recommend Jeremy and his staff without hesitation.

I like their open and honest approach to the process. I own four vehicles and all four have been through Jeremy's shop. They do a nice job getting the cars in and out with a high level of customer service. I recommend their services.

Jeremy and his techs do superb work and have the customer's interests in mind and at heart. My '02 Audi Allroad started to develop an issue with the air suspension sytem. The Nordgren Automotive staff reviewed several options to repair, allowing me to select how to best fix the problem factoring in budget, age of car, etc.

This is by far the best repair shop I have been to. Fixed what I needed fast and recommended other things but not pushy to have them done. Very knowledgeable. I would recommend this place if you are in the west metro or you just want a reliable shop!! Thanks northern automotive.

Nordgren Automotive is reliable and trustworthy. This is especially important to me as a woman who relys on the experts to diagnose problems, and make recommendations and repairs that are needed. Offering a loaner car, filling my wiper fluid, checking the batteries in my faub, are just a few of the extra customer oriented things they do that show they care about their customers.

Once again, Nordgren Automotive provided prompt, professional service. This time it was to repair leaks on a power steering pump. They discussed options and costs so I could make an informed decision on an aging vehicle. Keep up the great work!
