First time customer - great experience. Service Advisor Jim clearly explained what was needed and why and gave an accurate quote in a no-pressure manner. I needed exhaust system work done on a wheel chair accessible van with custom fittings so it was not an easy fix and Nordgren came through with an excellent repair job at a fair price - highly recommend.

I was very impressed how they went above and beyond the initial repair. They convinced me I was making the right decision on the repair and surely it was!!!I highly recommend my friends to this place....

We bought a used class B RV a few years ago. It was obvious when we bought the RV that the previous owners had taken excellent care of the vehicle and kept meticulous maintenance records. I noted they always had their work done at Nordgren Automotive. We live south of the Minnesota river so for us it’s quite a distance to their shop, but I decided to give them a try. I have made the trip several times and have been very glad I did. Jeremy and his team are knowledgeable, easy to work with (including getting a convenient appointment time), and their prices are very reasonable.
